Store Base and Group Orders
I am currently based in the United States, but am happy to facilitate any possible group orders! Please contact me via the store or social media, and note a second invoice that will reflect larger parcel shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued if product is severely damaged or if lost, and could not be found under any circumstances. If any of the aforementioned situations occur, please contact me via the “Contact” tab.
On shipping internationally
I will ship everywhere with the exemption of the countries listed bellow. Please ensure your country is eligible for receiving packages from the U.S. when you order. Take note that any and all import taxes, fees, or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If your country is listed on USPS's Mail Service Suspensions, I cannot ship to you at this time.
- ON UK/EU SHIPPING: I will still be shipping to most places in the EU, but please be conscious of potential VAT fees. As for the UK, I am unfortunately unable to ship to this location once again. I apologize for this inconvenience, but I don’t currently have the means to sell over there.
- Shipping to France and Germany are also unavaiable this run.
Pre-Orders
All items listed on the store are pre-order items. This means that I will not be able to ship out the stock until the pre-order window has closed, and have obtained the product. Please check social media for updates on production and shipment!
